Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene concerns (e.g., creams, serums, or oils once opened)

  • Gift cards

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • If rejected (due to item being opened, used, or not in original condition), we will notify you and return the item at your expense if requested.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at info@snowwhitening.com with photos of the product and packaging.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
